...is a Borough located along the southern coastal portion of Monmouth County. With a total population of 5,227 (per 2000 US Census), Spring Lake Heights is the 310th largest community in New Jersey.
The Heights area is acclaimed for its beauty with gentle winters, glorious springs, picturesque autumns, and unforgettable summers. Close proximity to beaches, combined with easy access to Garden State Parkway, Route 35, Route 71 and public transportation to NYC makes the Heights a very popular place to live.
Of interest is that Spring Lake Heights is also a borough of artists, with more artists, designers and media professionals than 90% of the communities in America. The concentration of artists have helped shape Spring Lake Heights’ character. The population of Spring Lake Heights is also very family oriented, making it an ideal place to raise a family.
In the 2008 edition of Best Places to Live, New Jersey Monthly Magazine ranked Spring Lake Heights as its 28th best place to live in New Jersey.

It has been great living here. The building and grounds are very well kept. The superintendent is always courteous and responsive. I mostly like the location, the people and the overall appearance of the building and the grounds.
